History
In 1925, the Haskins family launched a fuel company in Lancaster, WI. Over the years, the company established a customer service center in Platteville, and acquired branch offices in Peshtigo, Manawa, Waupaca and Cobb.

In 2001, the company was acquired by a long term employee and in 2002 changed its name to Charter Fuels, Inc. While the company name changed, it's offices and employees remained the same, and it's commitment to customer service was renewed.

Today
Charter Fuels and its family of fuel companies supplies propane gas, heating oils, diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene, aviation fuel and propane equipment service and repair for residential, agricultural and commercial customers throughout many Wisconsin counties and three counties in upper Michigan.
