First time logging into our new customer portal?
Please enter your Customer ID and your temporary password, which is 'pass' plus your Customer ID combined. For example, if your Customer ID is SMIJOH, your temporary password would be "passSMIJOH". (Without the quotes) When you log in for the first time, you will then be asked to choose a new password.
