The first time logging into our new customer portal?
Please enter your temporary password which is 'pass' in lower case plus your Customer ID in upper case. For example, if your Customer ID is SMIJOH, your temporary password would be "passSMIJOH" (without the quotes). Please note the temporary password is case sensitive, the word pass is lower case and your customer id is upper case. If you are unsure of your customer ID please call (800) 924-6754 or email helpdesk@charterfuels.com for assistance.
When you log in for the first time, you will then be asked to choose a new password.
